Control what you pay a Marketing Director based on time spent.
We take the lead on providing you with a marketing strategy and implementation plan. We hope you will want to retain us to see things through. But some clients already have employed marketing staff so this is not always necessary. Where we are retained, we will be responsible for co-ordination and delivery of the marketing plan. We are your company’s Marketing Director and marketing team.
Every element of the plan will be coordinated by us. Not every element may be delivered by us. For specific areas of marketing expertise, we have a trusted network of associates. For example for video, design & print, high level SEO and Google Adwords. The key point is that the quality of service is underwritten by us. Often, our client’s often don’t know the difference in any event.
A relationship based on trust and results.
We prefer to have the minimal of formal working arrangements with clients. You will know before six months is up if the relationship is working or adding value, as will we. We do ask for a minimum of three months commitment before judgements are passed. We request our invoices are settled after 30 days. While there is no notice period per se, we think 30 days is a fair courtesy. This applies to both sides.
A relationship working well is where there is more in common than just our work. One of the motivations for exiting the corporate world was the shallowness of working relationships. A business meeting at 4:30 pm for an hour, followed by a catch-up generally over a drink afterwards is a good way of summing up our approach.
