Whether you are organising a small community event for the first time or a large corporate event that has been running for a number of years, at Sixth Sense Marketing we can help ensure your event is a success by managing the marketing for you – giving you one less thing to worry about.
How we can help
- Be an extra pair of hands when you need it most, freeing you up to focus on organising a successful event
- Manage all your marketing partners, or delivering all the activity ourselves, so you only have one point of contact, making it easier for you.
- Ensure that all marketing and communications happens consistently and frequently, not just when you have time to get round to it (and if you’re organising and event, let’s face it you rarely have enough time).
- Manage your website, social media, graphic design and PR so you can be confident the word is spreading about your event.
What we do
Our end to end marketing service ensures your events are widely promoted in good time with the latest information always available.
- Website creation – for a first event, or to update an existing event we can build a Google-friendly website for you which works equally well on desktops and mobile. We have a range of options for event websites which can be adapted to your budget
- Ongoing website management and copywriting to ensure people can find out everything they need to know about your event in one place. Importantly, this will also include post-event updates so that your website has permanent record of the event.
- Social media set up, posting and management – whether the most effective platform is Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter, we can ensure the latest updates are always available to generate excitement for your event, drive ticket sales , advance registrations or on the day attendance.
- Design and print – we can support you with designing and printing banners, posters and leaflets to promote your event
- PR and press activity to raise the profile of your event
- Liaising with the organising team, individuals and third parties as required to ensure we have the latest information to promote your event
Our experience in organising events also means we can help you to navigate some of the logistical challenges, such as risk assessments or identifying suppliers.
When you have a large event, having a project manager to oversee the marketing aspects means that you don’t need to spend your time co-ordinating and managing numerous suppliers to meet specific deadlines or answering all the small questions that arise as projects progress.
As marketing project managers we will create and manage the marketing timetable for your event, ensuring suppliers and agencies are providing everything on time. We can support you with briefs for agencies, target setting, management reporting, running project meetings with the operational team and agencies to ensure everything is on track. Our marketing experience means we are able to get ‘hands on’ if needed and know how to unblock any issues that may arise.
This leaves you free to take a more strategic view, overseeing and managing the entire event.
